Who you are

You have a strong background in accessibility, with a deep understanding of WCAG requirements and the ability to communicate these effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your experience includes working directly with customers to address complex compliance questions and build strong relationships. You are comfortable handling executive-level conversations and can navigate challenging discussions while maintaining a focus on customer needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering closely with design, engineering, and product teams to integrate accessibility into the development process. Your technical skills allow you to contribute hands-on to the accessibility roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with both user needs and business goals. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to creating better work experiences for everyone.

What you'll do

As the Product Manager for Accessibility at Appspace, you will define and lead the accessibility strategy across the platform. This involves developing a comprehensive roadmap that prioritizes accessibility features and enhancements based on customer feedback and compliance requirements. You will serve as the primary accessibility contact for our largest customers, engaging in high-level discussions about their needs and expectations. Your role will require you to work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure that accessibility is integrated throughout the development process, from initial design to final implementation. You will also collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to support customer engagements, respond to RFPs, and present the accessibility roadmap. Your ability to balance technical expertise with strong customer relationships will be key to your success in this role.
