What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of transformative initiatives for AppZen's Autonomous Accounts Payable and Expense Automation solutions. You will collaborate closely with customers to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that the products you develop meet their needs and expectations. You will work with engineering and AI teams to design and scale automation products that simplify workflows and mitigate risks. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, conducting user research, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for innovation. You will also coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure that customers are successfully adopting and benefiting from the products. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of intelligent financial operations for global enterprises, driving both product development and customer satisfaction.
