You have a proven track record of product management experience, ideally with a focus on cybersecurity or cloud-based solutions. Your ability to drive product strategy and execution is complemented by your strong analytical skills and customer-centric mindset. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. You understand the importance of transparency and constructive debate in achieving the best outcomes, and you are committed to fostering a culture of accountability and urgency.
Your experience includes working with agile methodologies and leading product development from conception to launch. You are skilled in stakeholder management and can effectively communicate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are passionate about innovation and continuously seek to improve processes and outcomes, ensuring that your team remains focused on delivering value to customers.
Desirable
Experience in the cybersecurity industry or with cloud security solutions is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and metrics definition will enhance your ability to drive product success. You are comfortable with user research and A/B testing, and you understand how to leverage customer feedback to inform product development.
What you'll do
As the Principal Product Manager at Zscaler, you will own the product roadmap for the Zero Trust Exchange platform, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
