Who you are
You have a strong background in finance and operations, ideally with experience in trading documentation and onboarding processes. Your attention to detail ensures that all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to maintaining strong relationships with counterparties and service providers.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively respond to KYC/AML requests and liaise with various stakeholders. Your analytical mindset helps you identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all trading activities.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing AQR funds and managed accounts for trading activities, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place. You will maintain relationships with counterparties and service providers, addressing any inquiries or issues that arise. Your work will involve onboarding new trading documentation across various asset classes, supporting global trading operations.
You will collaborate closely with the Head of Counterparty Risk, Operational Risk & Trading Documentation to ensure that all processes are streamlined and compliant with industry standards. Your contributions will play a crucial role in supporting AQR's trading activities and maintaining the integrity of trading documentation.
