What you'll do

As a Trading Operations Specialist, you will provide essential front-office support for the firm's direct trading business, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will act as the process owner for current functionalities, identifying areas for enhancement and collaborating with technology teams to implement necessary changes.

Your role will involve gaining a deep understanding of the traders' individual workflows and requirements, allowing you to tailor solutions that optimize their performance. You will work closely with relationship managers to ensure that all operational aspects align with the firm's strategic goals.
