Who you are
You have a strong background in full stack development, with experience in both front-end and back-end technologies. You are proficient in Java and Kotlin, and you have hands-on experience with frameworks like Spring Boot. Your expertise in React and TypeScript allows you to create intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience. You are familiar with AWS infrastructure and understand how to utilize services like S3, ECS, and RDS to build scalable applications. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with product, design, and data science teams to deliver impactful solutions. You are committed to continuous learning and mentoring junior engineers to foster their growth.
Desirable
Experience with AI-driven features and integration points is a plus, as you will be involved in driving innovation in AI-based care coordination tools. Familiarity with legacy application support and deprecation will also be beneficial as you contribute to the modernization of Arcadiaβs platform.
What you'll do
As a Full Stack Engineer at Arcadia, you will play a crucial role in designing and building applications that power the Care Coordination Platform. You will work across the stack, from developing React-based interfaces to building and deploying backend services using Java and Kotlin with Spring Boot. Your contributions will directly impact healthcare administrators by providing them with real-time insights and intuitive workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the applications you build are user-friendly and meet the needs of healthcare providers. In your first three months, you will familiarize yourself with the platform architecture and contribute to front-end development. Over the next year, you will take on more responsibilities, acting as a technical lead for new feature development and mentoring junior engineers.
