Desirable

What you'll do

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at ETHGlobal, you will work closely with the Engineering team and collaborate with Partnerships, Events, and Leadership teams to build new products that serve the developer community. You will plan, lead, and implement small to medium projects independently, while larger projects will be tackled collaboratively with your team. Your role will involve building member-facing experiences on ethglobal.com and developing internal tools that power our operations.

You will engage with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively will help bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of learning and growth within the team.
