What you'll do

As a Lead Data Engineer at Arcadia, you will be responsible for the successful development of solution architecture that integrates client claim and clinical data platforms with our analytic health solution platform. You will lead the design and implementation of data pipeline connectors that automate data flows, ensuring that our healthcare partners can leverage data effectively to improve care and reduce costs. You will work closely with product, engineering, and implementation teams to build tools that enhance data integration capabilities.

You will also play a key role in standardizing data connector development, focusing on better abstraction patterns that streamline processes and improve efficiency.
