Overview
Arcadia is hiring an Executive Assistant / Office Manager to provide high-level administrative and operational support to C-level executives. You'll oversee the Boston office environment and support key initiatives. This role requires strong judgment and decision-making skills.

Who you are
You have extensive experience in providing administrative support to senior executives, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex calendars and communications. You thrive in environments where you can act as a trusted partner, anticipating the needs of executives and ensuring smooth operations. Your judgment and autonomy allow you to make decisions that align with company priorities, and you excel at connecting various stakeholders within the organization.
You are adept at managing office operations, ensuring that the physical workspace is conducive to collaboration and productivity. Your experience includes negotiating vendor contracts and managing budgets, which are critical to maintaining the office environment. You understand the importance of fostering a positive employee experience and are committed to supporting initiatives that enhance workplace culture.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide dedicated support to select C-level executives, managing their schedules and preparing them for meetings. You will coordinate communications and follow through on key initiatives, acting as a critical connector between executives, People Operations, IT, vendors, and employees. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of Arcadia’s Boston office, ensuring that in-person work and collaboration are executed smoothly.
You will play a key role in supporting the Return to Office initiative, helping to create an environment that encourages employee engagement and collaboration. Additionally, you will forecast and manage annual office and vendor budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively. Your strategic input will be vital in long-term planning for onsite collaboration and leadership initiatives, making you an integral part of the executive team.
