Arcesium is hiring a Senior Analyst for their FDDS team to manage stakeholder requirements and implement performance attribution solutions. This role requires expertise in financial data analysis and stakeholder management.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in financial data analysis and stakeholder management, with experience in gathering requirements for complex implementation projects. Your ability to conduct comprehensive discovery sessions allows you to understand investment strategies and measurement needs effectively.
You are detail-oriented and skilled in documenting business requirements for performance calculations and attribution models. Your knowledge of industry standards ensures that all performance reporting adheres to best practices, making you a key player in the success of performance attribution solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage stakeholder relationships and gather requirements for various implementation projects related to performance attribution. You will play a primary role as a subject matter expert, conducting discovery sessions to understand the needs of stakeholders and defining success criteria for end-to-end implementations.
