Your expertise lies in monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to video playback, ensuring that users receive the best possible experience across various devices. You are familiar with the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies, which allows you to effectively collaborate with engineering teams. Your analytical skills enable you to obsess over data, using it to inform development efforts and improve playback experiences.

You have a strong understanding of playback metrics, including Video Start Time and Connection Quality, and you are adept at using tools like SQL and Tableau to analyze and visualize data. Your experience with Git and JIRA enhances your ability to work within a team environment, contributing to the agile delivery practices that DAZN values. You are open to new perspectives and enjoy working in diverse teams, which aligns with DAZN's culture of collaboration.

Desirable

Experience with Conviva is a plus, as is familiarity with TV, set-top boxes, and gaming consoles, given that a significant portion of DAZN's audience consumes content on these devices. Any background in live streaming or playback technologies will further strengthen your candidacy.

What you'll do

As a Senior Streaming Data Analyst at DAZN, you will play a crucial role in the Player Engineering domain, which is essential for delivering high-quality video experiences. You will also contribute to the development of tooling and automation applications that support testing and evaluation of playback across various devices.
