What you'll do

As the Vice President - Senior Principal Infrastructure Engineer – Delivery Lead, you will lead the Infrastructure Engineering team, providing the foundation and support for Arcesium’s applications. You will oversee multiple functional areas, including Identity & Access Management, Linux Compute, and Networking, ensuring that the infrastructure is robust and scalable. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to design and implement solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business.

You will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the infrastructure, ensuring that it aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. This includes evaluating new technologies and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the infrastructure. You will also mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

In this leadership position, you will engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable plans. You will be instrumental in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences will be crucial in this role.
