What you'll do

As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the foundational systems that support Arcesium's applications. You will lead initiatives in Identity & Access Management, ensuring that our systems are secure and compliant with industry standards.

You will collaborate closely with software engineers to optimize the performance of our applications, focusing on load balancing and network efficiency. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex issues and implementing solutions that enhance system reliability and user experience.

You will also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers. Your leadership will foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
