What you'll do

In this role, you will be a vital part of Asana's Corporate Legal team, managing the governance of the company's worldwide subsidiaries and parent company. You will lead state filings and maintenance for global subsidiaries, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up to date. Your responsibilities will include managing document drafting and review workflows, collaborating closely with outside counsel, and executing necessary documents to maintain Asana's compliance as a public company. You will also play a key role in refining processes as the organization grows, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the legal team.
