What you'll do

As a Corporate Paralegal at Fivetran, you will provide crucial support across our Corporate Legal function. You will assist in building and operationalizing corporate processes, ensuring that corporate policies are adhered to and that record management is efficient and effective. You will collaborate closely with the Associate General Counsel and other team members to manage legal documentation and support various corporate transactions. Your role will involve drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, and maintaining compliance with corporate governance standards. You will also be responsible for organizing and managing corporate records, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Your contributions will help Fivetran maintain its commitment to making data access simple and reliable for its customers.
