You have 5+ years of experience in data science, with a strong background in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques. You are skilled in SQL and have a knack for data storytelling, enabling you to communicate complex insights effectively to stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, business, design, and engineering teams to drive impactful decisions. Your experience includes designing and analyzing experiments, allowing you to contribute to product changes that enhance user experience. You are proactive in identifying new ways to deliver value to users and are comfortable with causal inference methodologies. You understand the importance of defining and measuring success metrics to inform business strategy.

Desirable

Experience with A/B testing and familiarity with data visualization tools would be advantageous. A background in mobile product analytics is a plus, as you will be working specifically with the Mobile team at Asana.

In this role, you will design and analyze experiments to ship impactful product changes that help customers quickly find what they need on Asana. You will leverage your expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning to deepen the understanding of Asana's customers and drive business outcomes.
