What you'll do

As a Senior Data Scientist at Faculty, you will join the Frontier team to develop AI-powered digital twins that optimize decision-making processes for large organizations. You will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models that address complex challenges, ensuring that the solutions are both effective and ethical. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers and engineers to integrate these models into the Decision Intelligence Platform, enhancing its capabilities and user experience. You will also engage in stakeholder discussions to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data science projects. Your contributions will directly impact the performance of our clients, helping them leverage AI to achieve their goals. You will mentor junior data scientists, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of learning within the team.
