Overview

Asana is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 support for users in Dublin. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various platforms and assist in onboarding new users. This role requires experience in IT support and familiarity with deployment tools.

Who you are

You have experience in IT support roles, particularly with hardware troubleshooting on common business systems including Apple, Windows, and Chromebooks. You possess basic AV and networking skills, and you understand video conferencing technologies. You are detail-oriented and enjoy collaborating with others to solve problems. You are confident in your abilities but also recognize the importance of asking questions when needed. Your passion for technology drives you to provide excellent support to users.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide in-person support for users in the IT Lounge, responding to requests via standard support tools including chat and ticketing systems. You will troubleshoot hardware and software problems with various operating systems, including Apple, Windows, and ChromeOS products. Your responsibilities will include building and deploying new laptops using standard deployment tools like JAMF, Intune, and Workspace ONE. You will also participate in the IT onboarding experience and welcome sessions, managing system access for Asana's users and deploying software to end-users. Additionally, you will manage hardware and software inventory to ensure that all resources are accounted for and functioning properly.
