SuperAnnotate AI is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintain IT systems. You'll work with Linux, Windows, and Mac operating systems while troubleshooting network issues. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates looking to grow in a dynamic startup environment.

Who you are
You are a proactive and service-oriented IT Support Specialist with a strong foundation in providing technical support across various operating systems including Mac, Windows, and Linux. You have experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and you are familiar with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, VPNs, and Wi-Fi. Your excellent communication skills and service-oriented mindset enable you to effectively assist employees with their technical needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the smooth operation of IT systems within the organization.
Desirable
You have experience with device management tools (MDM) and possess basic scripting or automation knowledge. Additionally, you have experience supporting remote or hybrid teams, which enhances your ability to adapt to various work environments.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for providing first- and second-line IT support for employees, resolving a variety of technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks. You will support and maintain operating systems, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting networking issues and managing cloud-based productivity user accounts and access controls. You will also be involved in maintaining physical office security systems, such as badge access and cameras, to ensure a secure working environment. Your strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills will be essential as you assist employees with their technical challenges.
