Who you are

You have a strong background in Salesforce development, with experience in architecting and implementing enterprise-scale features across Sales and Service Cloud. Your expertise includes managing complex business logic for Lead and Opportunity lifecycles, Territory Management, and sophisticated Case Management workflows. You are skilled in developing high-performance Apex Trigger Frameworks and Lightning Web Components (LWC), ensuring that all code adheres to Enterprise Design Patterns and is optimized for SOQL and CPU limits.

You understand the importance of operational stability and high availability in a global Salesforce instance. You are adept at building and customizing Experience Cloud sites for customers and partners, utilizing role-based and audience-based access logic. Your full-stack mindset allows you to approach challenges holistically, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across the Salesforce platform.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design and implementation of complex features within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all solutions meet business requirements and are scalable. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining high-performance Apex Trigger Frameworks and Lightning Web Components, as well as implementing secure data access models.

You will also be tasked with ensuring the operational stability of the Salesforce instance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain high availability. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring that all developments align with best practices and organizational goals.
