You have experience as a Salesforce Developer, particularly with CPQ, and a strong desire to learn and grow in your role. You are a self-starter who thrives on taking projects from concept to completion, demonstrating creativity in solving complex challenges. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams makes you an asset in driving initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
You possess a solid understanding of the Lead to Cash cycle and have experience optimizing revenue attribution mechanics and pipeline automation. Your technical skills include managing CI/CD pipelines and utilizing tools like GitHub and SFDX CLI for code and configuration data migration. You are adept at designing and implementing varied billing models that cater to diverse business needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take full ownership of CPQ and Revenue technology initiatives, driving projects from initial idea to completion while co-creating with cross-functional stakeholders. You will build and optimize the Lead to Cash cycle, including complex revenue attribution mechanics, pipeline automation, and advanced approval processes. Your responsibilities will also include managing and maturing our CI/CD pipeline for code and CPQ Configuration Data migration using GitHub, SFDX CLI, and Gearset. You will design and implement logic for varied billing models, ensuring seamless collaboration among our global team members.
You will work closely with the Engineering Manager for OTO to own the technical roadmap and architect scalable billing and configuration systems. Your role will require you to engage with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions you develop align with the company's goals and drive positive change. You will be part of a team that values innovation and collaboration, contributing to a culture where everyone feels they belong.
