You have extensive experience in program management, particularly in learning and development, with a proven track record of driving impactful employee programs across diverse regions. Your strategic mindset allows you to effectively localize learning initiatives to meet the unique needs of international communities. You excel in building strong partnerships with regional and departmental leaders, ensuring that learning plans align with business goals and foster employee growth. You are passionate about creating inclusive environments where all team members can thrive and contribute meaningfully to the organization’s success. You understand the importance of aligning learning strategies with company values and are committed to supporting a culture of continuous improvement and development.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-growing tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with hybrid work models and their implementation in learning strategies. You may also have a background in human resources or organizational development, which enhances your ability to drive talent retention and engagement initiatives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for scaling and embedding learning initiatives across Asana’s international organization. You will serve as a strategic advisor for people development, collaborating closely with leaders in the EMEA and APJ regions to co-create and implement learning plans that drive business outcomes. Your role will involve assessing the effectiveness of existing programs and making data-driven recommendations for improvements. You will also lead efforts to ensure that all learning materials are relevant and accessible to a diverse workforce, fostering an environment of inclusivity and belonging.

You will work closely with the Head of Learning and Development to establish a global learning consultancy model, ensuring that all programs are aligned with Asana’s mission and values. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be crucial as you advocate for the importance of learning and development within the organization. You will also monitor industry trends and best practices to keep Asana at the forefront of employee development strategies.
