Who you are
You have a strong background in talent development, with at least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing learning programs in fast-paced environments. You understand the importance of engaging new hires and equipping them with the necessary skills to thrive in their roles. Your experience includes working with leaders at various levels to enhance their capabilities and drive performance. You are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and can navigate complex organizational structures to achieve results. You are passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within an organization. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of flagship talent development programs that empower employees at Databricks. You will manage the new hire orientation experience, ensuring that new Bricksters feel connected to the company culture and equipped for success. You will work closely with leaders to develop training initiatives that enhance their skills and accelerate performance. Additionally, you will create bespoke programs for high-potential talent, helping them advance their careers and prepare for leadership roles. You will also focus on career navigation and long-term growth for all employees, ensuring that every Brickster has access to the resources they need to thrive. Your role will involve measuring the impact of these programs and continuously refining them based on feedback and organizational needs.
