You have extensive experience in software engineering, ideally with a focus on integrations and collaboration tools. You understand the importance of technical design and project execution, and you have a track record of mentoring engineers to foster a strong technical culture. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the technical design and project execution for the Functional Integrations team, ensuring that Asana integrates seamlessly with essential tools used by Operations, Marketing, and IT teams. You will delegate tasks to other engineers, guiding them through the technical aspects of their work while promoting a culture of collaboration and quality. Mentoring is a significant part of your responsibilities, as you will engage in code reviews and pair programming to help your team members grow in their technical skills.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your leadership will help shape the team's engineering strategy, focusing on long-term goals while addressing immediate project needs. You will also be involved in establishing best practices for code quality and technical documentation, ensuring that the team maintains high standards in their work.
