What you'll do

As a Staff Search Engineer, you will lead the design and ongoing evolution of CreatorIQ's real-time search platform — this core system enables creator discovery across 30 million profiles and billions of posts. You will architect and maintain Elasticsearch clusters, ensuring they are scalable and reliable under high load. Your role will involve developing high-performance APIs in Go, focusing on optimizing response times and system efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements.
