Who you are
You have a strong background in computational biology, with expertise in machine learning and applied mathematics — you understand how to bridge the gap between sequence-level design and systems-level dynamics. Your experience includes building data-driven, mechanistic, and hybrid models that decipher complex biological processes and guide the engineering of therapeutic molecules and systems.
You are adept at leveraging high-dimensional omics datasets and time-course bioprocess data to create predictive models that drive genetic design and optimize bioprocess development. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret diverse biological data effectively, contributing to cutting-edge innovation in biology and computational science.
