What you'll do

As a Senior Computational Biologist, you will join Output Biosciences in building the world's first biological reasoning model. Your role will involve developing machine learning methods to extend our predictive and generative platform, which aims to decode biological systems across scales. You will design and execute computational pipelines to validate and prioritize de novo generated molecules using state-of-the-art tools. Your deep understanding of biology will be crucial in designing novel therapeutics, and you will work closely with the research team to ensure the success of our biologically-aware AI platform.

You will be responsible for analyzing and integrating large-scale biological datasets, which will directly impact the development of our AI systems. Your contributions will help transform the landscape of medicine, enabling us to predict, understand, and program living systems in unprecedented ways.
