You have significant experience in investment compliance, ideally within the fintech or financial services sector. Your background includes a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements that govern investment activities. You are skilled in developing and implementing compliance programs that align with business objectives while mitigating risks. You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex regulations, ensuring that the organization adheres to all legal and regulatory standards. You are a proactive leader who can effectively communicate compliance policies and procedures to various stakeholders, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the investment compliance function at Aspire, ensuring that all investment activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support global yield expansion initiatives, providing guidance on compliance matters related to investment strategies and operations. You will be responsible for monitoring regulatory changes and assessing their impact on the organization, making recommendations for necessary adjustments to compliance policies and procedures. Additionally, you will conduct regular compliance training for employees, ensuring that they are aware of their responsibilities and the importance of adhering to compliance standards. You will also collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate compliance audits and examinations, addressing any findings or recommendations promptly.
