What you'll do
As the EDD Manager Compliance Operations at Coinbase, you will lead the Enhanced Due Diligence operations for the European region. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the company meets its compliance obligations while combating money laundering and other financial crimes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance strategies that align with the company's mission. You will analyze and assess risks associated with customer transactions and ensure that appropriate measures are in place to mitigate those risks. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members on compliance best practices and regulatory requirements. Your role will involve continuous monitoring of compliance processes and making recommendations for improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
