You have a strong background in software engineering, ideally with experience in building products that enhance operational efficiency. You understand the importance of user experience and can translate customer needs into technical solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with designers, product managers, and customer support teams to deliver impactful features. You are adaptable and enjoy taking ownership of projects, driving them from conception to completion. You are comfortable with the challenges of working on a product that serves large customer support teams, ensuring that both managers and agents have the tools they need to succeed. You are eager to learn from others and share your knowledge with your peers, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on the Scheduling team, you will take ownership of various components of Assembled's scheduling product. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that allow managers to efficiently schedule their agents while providing flexibility for the agents themselves. Your role will involve participating in discovery calls with customers to gather insights and feedback, as well as conducting design reviews with the UX team to ensure a seamless user experience. You will be responsible for driving projects from start to finish, ensuring that they meet both technical and user requirements. You will also engage in regular communication with stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines, contributing to the overall success of the product. Your work will directly impact some of the largest customer support teams in the world, making a significant difference in how they operate.
