You have a strong understanding of AI frameworks and APIs, particularly those related to conversational AI. Your experience includes working with real-time APIs, and you are eager to leverage these technologies to create agentic experiences for users. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy contributing to projects that have a meaningful impact on users' lives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and implement scalable systems that power search and discovery experiences across the Handshake platform. You will build agentic AI experiences for students, including a conversational AI agent that assists with resume help, job searches, and interview preparation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate new features that enhance member value and engagement. Your contributions will include participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and collaborating with other engineers to maintain a robust development process.
