Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong proficiency in TypeScript and experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks. Your background includes working closely with development teams to ensure the quality and performance of applications through effective testing strategies. You understand the importance of automated testing in the software development lifecycle and are passionate about improving software quality.
You have experience writing and maintaining automated UI, API, E2E, and integration tests. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with developers, product managers, and site reliability engineers to create robust testing solutions that support continuous integration and delivery pipelines. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality software solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and tools. You will write and maintain automated tests for various application components, ensuring that they meet quality standards. Collaborating with developers, you will help create testable code and contribute to the overall improvement of the software development process.
You will also work closely with the SRE team to ensure that the testing frameworks integrate seamlessly with the deployment pipelines. Your role will involve identifying areas for improvement in the testing process and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will be a key player in driving the quality assurance efforts at Assured, contributing to the mission of modernizing insurance through technology.
