You have a strong background in software testing and automation, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise includes designing and implementing automated test frameworks that ensure the reliability and maintainability of complex systems. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and mentor junior team members.

You possess a deep understanding of API testing, UI testing, and integration testing, and you are proficient in using tools like Selenium for automation. Your experience with CI/CD pipelines allows you to integrate automated testing seamlessly into the development process, ensuring that quality is maintained throughout the software lifecycle.

You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys analyzing risks and developing test strategies for major features. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders makes you a valuable asset to any team. What you'll do

As a Senior SDET at Flex, you will own the test automation and quality efforts for entire product areas or major features. You will architect and optimize automation frameworks, ensuring that they are robust and scalable. Your role will involve leading the development of automated test suites for API, UI, and integration testing, which will be critical for maintaining the quality of our products.

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to define test strategies and perform risk analysis for complex systems. Your insights will help shape the testing approach for new features, ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards before release. Additionally, you will mentor other team members, sharing your knowledge and best practices in test automation.

Your responsibilities will also include integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, supporting continuous integration and delivery efforts. You will work on improving the overall testing process, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness in our testing practices.
