What you'll do

As the RF Hardware Team Lead, you will be responsible for the cradle-to-grave development of RF units for Astranis satellites. This includes defining architecture, overseeing board design, and ensuring thorough testing and qualification of hardware components. You will lead your team in conducting RF system analysis and measurements, supporting satellite integration efforts, and managing vendor relationships for procurement. Your role will involve regular collaboration with other engineering teams to ensure that hardware solutions meet the overall mission objectives of the company. You will also be tasked with developing the technical skills of your team members, providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow in their careers.
