You are adept at evaluating non-conformances and creating corrective action plans to improve system performance. What you'll do

As the Propulsion Test Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing and fueling of propulsion systems for satellites. You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring that they adhere to quality standards and processes. Your role will involve creating and enforcing these standards to guarantee proper verification of both unit-level and system-level hardware.
