Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing operations, with at least 3-5 years of experience managing marketing technology stacks. You understand the importance of data in driving marketing strategies and have a proven track record of optimizing systems for better performance. Your analytical mindset allows you to derive insights from complex data sets, ensuring that every marketing initiative translates into measurable growth. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in sales and data, to streamline processes and improve workflows. You thrive in environments where you can leverage technology to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive results.

Desirable

Experience with account-based marketing strategies is a plus, as is familiarity with analytics tools that help measure campaign success. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results. A background in B2B marketing is advantageous, especially in tech or SaaS industries.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and optimize Atlan's marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and accurate data flow across platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce. You will partner with the GTM Systems and RevOps teams to improve workflows and drive efficiency in lead and campaign operations. Your responsibilities will include managing the implementation of new marketing tools and ensuring that existing systems are utilized to their fullest potential. You will also be responsible for delivering analytics that inform strategic decisions, helping to shape the direction of marketing initiatives. By embracing a data-driven approach, you will ensure that every marketing dollar spent contributes to measurable growth and success.
