LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to enhance campaign performance and lead management processes. Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end campaign processes. Your expertise in tools like HubSpot and Marketo allows you to streamline workflows and enhance campaign performance. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to derive insights from data and improve lead management strategies.

You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams, including Demand Generation, Sales, and Data teams. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey operational insights effectively to stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable

Experience with SQL and Google Analytics is a plus, as it helps you analyze campaign performance and optimize lead flow. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools will further enhance your ability to drive results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and own the campaign operations process, ensuring that campaigns are executed efficiently across all channels. You will partner with the Demand Generation team to translate marketing strategies into operational requirements, ensuring accuracy and consistency in campaign delivery. Your responsibilities will include overseeing lead management processes, from scoring and routing to enrichment and handoffs.

You will communicate operational insights and campaign performance metrics to leadership, helping to inform strategic decisions. By managing workflow design and operational governance, you will ensure that the GTM organization operates smoothly and effectively. Your role will also involve continuous improvement of data quality and lead flow accuracy, contributing to the overall health of the marketing pipeline.
