You are an AI-forward Software Engineer with expert-level knowledge of GitHub Copilot and Amazon Q features. You have hands-on experience in AI development and mentoring capabilities, allowing you to guide teams through structured developer sprints centered around AI technologies. Your background includes working with modern technology and human expertise to empower businesses to innovate and enhance security. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working across different time zones, particularly India Standard Time (IST).
You possess a strong understanding of the Microsoft Azure platform and have experience in applications, data, and DevOps. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly makes you an effective mentor and collaborator. You are passionate about leveraging AI to redefine what's possible in technology and are eager to contribute to a team that values innovation and operational agility.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design and deliver structured hands-on developer sprints that focus on AI technologies, particularly utilizing GitHub Copilot and Amazon Q. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions you develop meet the needs of the business and enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include mentoring junior engineers, facilitating workshops, and providing guidance on best practices in AI development.
You will also be involved in international travel for extended periods, potentially lasting 4-6 weeks, to collaborate with teams and clients globally. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's capabilities. You will play a key role in helping Atmosera maintain its status as a leading Microsoft Partner and GitHub AI Partner of the Year.
