You possess deep expertise in data structures and algorithms, having worked in a technical leadership role for at least 5 years, guiding project teams and setting technical direction. Your experience in a complex, matrixed organization has equipped you to handle cross-functional projects effectively.

You are versatile and enthusiastic about tackling new problems across the full-stack, demonstrating leadership qualities that inspire your team. Your technical expertise allows you to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while facilitating alignment and clarity across teams on goals and outcomes. What you'll do

In this role, you will work on specific projects critical to Google’s needs, with opportunities to switch teams and projects as the business evolves. You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions that handle information at massive scale. Your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership on high-impact projects, influencing and coaching a distributed team of engineers, and ensuring that project goals are met efficiently.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on project objectives and timelines, leveraging your experience to guide the technical direction of projects. Your role will also involve mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within your team. You will be expected to stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development, applying this knowledge to enhance Google Cloud's offerings.
