What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Data & Integrations Platform at Attentive, you will lead a team responsible for developing integrations with industry partners. You will oversee the technical direction of the platform, ensuring that it scales effectively with the company's growth. Your role will involve driving execution on key projects, collaborating closely with Product Management to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, conducting regular 1:1s to support their career growth and performance.
