You have extensive knowledge of core software development technologies and possess a high level of empathy and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally within the organization. You can effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals. As an Engineering Manager, you bring people together to prioritize, craft, and achieve plans that drive the company forward.
In this role, you will help build and oversee a team of software engineers, acting as a player-coach. You are responsible for coordinating projects, setting priorities, and motivating your team to create and maintain features that enhance customer experience.
