You have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Your experience includes developing financial models, forecasting, and providing strategic insights to drive business decisions. You are a trusted advisor to senior leadership, capable of translating complex financial data into actionable recommendations. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across various departments and influence stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a keen attention to detail. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance processes and systems within the FP&A function.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's long-range and annual financial planning processes. You will lead the development of financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. You will collaborate with department heads to gather insights and provide guidance on financial performance, helping to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
