Who you are

You have a strong background in finance and business transformation, with experience in supporting FP&A functions. You understand the intricacies of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, and you are adept at diagnosing business challenges and recommending effective solutions. Your ability to communicate clearly with executive-level clients sets you apart, as you can articulate the value proposition of various financial solutions. You are familiar with advancements in technology and innovations within the CFO ecosystem, which allows you to provide best-in-class business partnering support.

You have experience leading project teams and managing key requirement workshops with clients. Your analytical skills enable you to assess sales and spending trends, manage financial risks, and identify opportunities for improvement. You are proactive in supporting business development initiatives and have a keen interest in disseminating information about current and emerging trends in finance and technology.

Desirable

Experience with BI tools and technologies such as Fusion is a plus. Familiarity with various ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, and Workday, will enhance your ability to deliver quality reports and analyses. Your leadership experience in project management will be invaluable as you guide teams through complex business transformation initiatives.

What you'll do

As a Finance Manager at CFGI, you will play a pivotal role in influencing clients' financial and business decisions.
