Atticus is hiring a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to define and build the infrastructure that supports their platform. You'll work closely with the existing infrastructure engineer to shape technical foundations and ensure fast, reliable deployments. This role is fully remote and offers flexibility.

What you'll do
As the Lead Infrastructure Engineer at Atticus, you will take ownership of the infrastructure strategy and execution. You will collaborate with the existing infrastructure engineer to define what great infrastructure looks like for the company. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable infrastructure solutions that support the rapid development and deployment of applications. You will establish practices that ensure reliability and performance, enabling engineers to ship code without breaking things.
You will also be responsible for evaluating and integrating new tools and technologies that enhance the infrastructure. This includes setting up monitoring and alerting systems to proactively manage the health of the infrastructure. You will work closely with engineering teams to understand their needs and provide the necessary support to help them succeed.
In addition, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the engineering team. You will mentor junior engineers and help them grow their skills in infrastructure management. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the future of Atticus's technical foundations, ensuring that the company can continue to scale and meet the needs of its users.
