Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success and are passionate about driving customer growth and retention. You excel at building trusted advisor relationships with technical project leads and external stakeholders, ensuring that customers achieve their goals with the Augury platform. Your experience in the industrial sector or IoT support infrastructure is a plus, as you will be key in digitally transforming global enterprise organizations to achieve machine health.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to identify strategic opportunities for customer expansion. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships will be crucial in this role, as you will work closely with both corporate customer success managers and facility teams.

What you'll do

As a Reliability Success Manager, you will join a growing team of Augury platform experts dedicated to helping customers drive adoption and grow their machine health solutions. You will develop a trusted advisor relationship with technical project leads and maintenance/reliability external stakeholders, identifying key strategic items to drive facility customer growth and expansion opportunities on the Augury platform. Your role will involve collaborating with corporate customer success managers to ensure top-down and bottom-up success for customers, contributing significantly to the foundation of a complex IoT support infrastructure.
