Who you are
You are a detail-oriented and execution-focused Principal HR Business Partner with a strong foundation in HR shared services, compliance, payroll, and building and managing People programs. You have a proven track record of ensuring operational excellence and program management, which allows you to create scalable people processes that enhance the employee experience. Your ability to partner closely with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and People Ops ensures that you provide high-quality HR services to managers and employees alike.
You thrive in environments where you can act as a primary point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries across core HR topics such as policies, benefits, payroll, and lifecycle events. Your commitment to continuously improving HR shared services processes ensures accuracy and efficiency, which is vital for a strong employee experience. You understand the importance of compliance and consistency across HR operations, especially in a global context involving both the US and EU.
What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on enhancing HR operations and managing people programs that align with Augury's mission to transform how people and machines work together. You will be responsible for ensuring that core HR operations run smoothly and compliantly, acting as a critical backbone of the People function. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include addressing HR inquiries, improving HR processes, and collaborating with various departments to support managers and employees effectively.
You will also play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive employee engagement and productivity. By leveraging your expertise in HR shared services, you will help create a workplace culture that fosters collaboration and innovation. Your ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a focus on operational excellence will be essential as you work to enhance the overall employee experience at Augury.
