Who you are
You have extensive experience in HR practices and employee management, ideally with a focus on aligning HR strategies with business goals. You are a natural people partner, capable of communicating effectively with senior business leaders and providing coaching and direction to managers at all levels. Your ability to develop critical people strategies and enhance company culture is essential for this role.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at building relationships across various teams. Your experience allows you to understand the nuances of organizational effectiveness and how to support business initiatives through relevant people capabilities. You are proactive in suggesting solutions and expressing new ideas that align with the company's vision.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support business goals and initiatives.
