What you'll do
As the Squad Manager of Hazardous Solutions, you will lead a multidisciplinary squad responsible for delivering innovative product experiences from concept to execution. You will play a key role in building the foundation of a new team, focusing on hiring and developing top engineering talent. Your responsibilities will include setting technical and delivery standards, managing project execution, and ensuring quality throughout the development process. You will work closely with Product and Design partners to take initiatives from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals. You will act as a player-coach, contributing hands-on to design and development while mentoring your squad members. Your leadership will be crucial in defining clear growth paths for your team and fostering an environment where they can succeed.
