You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in enterprise software solutions. You possess strong analytical skills and can effectively translate technical information into business language, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical audiences. Your experience includes leading requirements gathering and analysis activities, and you are adept at preparing and delivering written and oral communications. You thrive in collaborative environments, proactively communicating with both internal and external customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.

You are skilled in reviewing, modifying, and recommending business requirements and user requirements for projects. You have a keen eye for detail and can elicit and document business processes effectively. Your ability to foster an inclusive environment where team members feel valued and understood is a key strength. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance processes and methodologies.

Desirable

Experience with data security, governance, and resilience solutions is a plus. Familiarity with collaboration environments such as Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce will be beneficial. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.

What you'll do

You will also be responsible for proactively communicating with customers to gather feedback and insights that will inform future project iterations.
