Who you are
You have experience as a Business Analyst with a strong background in enterprise software solutions — you've successfully led requirements gathering and analysis activities, ensuring that both technical and non-technical stakeholders understand project needs. Your ability to translate complex technical information into business language is a key strength, allowing you to bridge gaps between teams effectively.
You are proactive in your communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders — you thrive in environments where you can analyze information needs and functional requirements, ensuring that projects are aligned with business goals. Your analytical skills enable you to document, analyze, and evaluate requirements thoroughly, contributing to the success of software development projects.
What you'll do
In this role, you will elicit requirements for software development, documenting them in formats such as Business Requirements Documents and Use Cases. You will participate in testing activities, helping to ensure that the final product meets the established requirements and quality standards. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
You will support the project manager and other team members in planning deliverables, scope, schedule, and other aspects of the project, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. Your role will be crucial in helping design methods and procedures for both internal and external projects, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Client Services division.
